To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit for your stay. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation

May be made more than 45 days prior to arrival with a full refund of the deposit.

Within 45 days prior to arrival, the full stay is non-refundable and not subject to credit amount.

No refund or credit for no-shows.

Please keep in mind GAÏA is a mature environment with a minimum age requirement of 10 years. (16+ at Matachica)

The rate is for one or two guests sharing a room.

A 9% hotel tax and a 15% service charge are added to the package rate.
